Moving to Austin in 2012 from Dallas, I developed a deep love for hiking in nature, and spending time at Zilker park with my pup. I graduated from St. Edward’s University with a photography degree. Most of my photographs include local landscapes and portraiture (specializing not only on human subjects, but canines as well!) I love capturing these furry companions of ours on film. I have considered myself an “animal whisperer” since I was 4 years old as my connection with them first developed. I cannot remember a time when I did not have a loving, loyal pet by my side. Growing up with my blue heeler, Alyssa, I vowed to always have a furry friend to care for – since so many strays need a forever home. I’ve volunteered at Austin Pets Alive, and fostered dogs in the past. My hobbies include yoga, camping, rock climbing and swimming (anything that gets me outdoors and active). I am so grateful for Walk ATX! as it provides me with the most rewarding job of making sure our furry friends of Austin are well cared for, and get their daily exercise in!
